U.S. Dismantlement’s project management team, superintendents, foremen, and burners are the most experienced and well-trained work crews in the demolition industry. This includes accurate estimating, scheduling, and detail-oriented management.
Here at USD we are dedicated to treating our team like a family, and we do the same with our clients. Mr. Gieschen has expanded these family values of the company over to his two sons, Camron Gieschen and TJ Gieschen who have recently joined the family business.
We have a tight-knit team of estimators at USD. The experience ranges from 25 years in the industry to new college graduates just starting out. We have a go-getter attitude and are willing to serve our clients however we can. Our team is specifically experienced in commercial demolition, interior guts, as well as assisting in free, quality estimates and quotes. Further, we are involved in providing on-site walks to get more of an accurate estimate on the area.
Our field workers are extremely important to us. They are the ones who get the job done. Without our team in the field, we couldn’t do what we do. They are a group of hard-working, diligent, motivated, dedicated, safe individuals who are ready at any given time. Our team of field employees also has experience of up to 25 years. There is nothing that this team can’t do.
Company headquarters are located five minutes from Downtown in Chicago’s Bridgeport neighborhood and provide excellent logistical support for our crews working in the city. Field operations are run by USD’s General Superintendent, Cleo Blue. Mr. Blue has over 25 years field experience in the demolition industry and directs a labor force that averages 100 men daily. In addition to his duties as the General Superintendent, Cleo is also the Safety Director for USD LLC.
